“On the yoga side of things, roisin is a delightful teacher. On a 1 to 1 class, she takes time to listen to your intentions (for both your body and/or mind) and creates a session around your needs. As part of a group, she gives individual feedbacks to each participants to get even deeper into the pose. If you re lucky enough to take part in an outdoor class you might even hear the birds singing during the meditation. On the ukulele side of things, she picks easy songs everybody know to get as many people to join in as possible. She will sing her heart out inviting you to free yourself to do the same. She is really supportive to shy or less confident player/singer like myself which eases you into the music and the joy. Looking forward to hear about potential retreats! Thanks <3" Pouki
